# Configuring the Recent Run page

The CliDEsc application provides users the ability to review what products have recently been run allowing the user to rerun a particular product they or other CliDEsc users have run.

This page details how to configure this functionality.

> On installation a Recent Run Page is created by default, if you delete or do not have a recently run page then select the 'Add new' button from teh Pages administration in the Left menu.

## Recent Run Page

1. First log into the CliDEsc Administration
1. Select the 'Pages' administration from the left menu
1. Find the 'Recent' Page in the site tree
1. Click on the 'Recent' Page to open the edit screen

> Note there should be only one recently run page.

## Editing the Recently Run Page

1. Page Name - This field allows the CliDEsc administrator to change the page name, this appears at the top of the Recently Run page as the page title
1. URL Segment - This field edits the URL segment
1. Navigation Label - Changing this label will change the text in the navigation header and breadcrumbs
1. Pagination Limit - Adjusts how many products display in the recently run table until pagination appears to reduce page length
1. Time to Delete - This field allows the CliDEsc administrator to set how long a product remains in the Recently Run list, setting this to 0 ensures products are never removed from the list once they are run.
> Note when a product is removed or deleted from the Recently Run list, the Product Artefacts are also removed from the file server. Running the product again will recreate the Artefacts again.

1. Content - The administrator can use this WYSIWYG editor to add content to the recently run page above the Filters.
